    baddig = bad influence.

    So last night I was on the phone with baddog and I hear this awful noise in the background. When I asked him WTF he was doing, he told me about all the stuff he was dumping into his smoothie.



    5 minutes later I was off the phone and headed to the grocery store.

    Now I'm hooked on this stuff.

    If I wanted to start eating better then I would have done it without him tempting me with his fruity concoction.

                          His:
                          2 cups black grapes
                          5 large strawberries
                          1 Kiwi
                          1/2 pear
                          1 banana
                          1 cup o ice

                          I don't measure my stuff, and throw whatever I have in the house, so it consisted of:

                          handful of blueberries, bunch of strawberries, few dozen grapes, a pear and a banana . . . and a few ice cubes

                          Now I am hungry, think I will do it again, but will add a half a cantalope

                                      I am not adding the cantalope to hide the pear flavor, I am adding it because it needs to be eaten before it goes bad.

                                                                                  For smoothies I like to buy those low calorie, low fat single servings of yogurt. Freeze them rock solid. The plastic single serving container will peel right off, leaving you with a frozen block of yogurt. Add to that frozen berries and peaches, frozen bannanas and 1% milk. No ice required.

                                                                                                                  Actually, I just recently started it as part of the raw food diet I am on. Found it easier to get all my fruits in by mashing them up than trying to eat them one by one.

                                                                                                                  Some are easier on my stomach that way too.
