"Government and laws" regarding the combination of sex & violence in content is ambiguous at best. So is the law regarding what types of regular porn is and is not legal in many regions. I wasn't really trying to make any argument. I just got into a conversation earlier with my porn-stud. (Gotta be a better name for them then that) And we concluded that the military, police, etc are the only ones that create snuff.
I guess your post read as something more to me in context of all the others.
As for goverment laws and the exactness or lack thereof of their meanings. Personally I don't give a shit. I'm not a psychic, mind reader or political activist. I'm going to make and sell what I want to make and sell, according to my standards, until somone in authority tells me to stop.
If you pass a law and tell me in no un-certain terms I can NOT do something... I won't do it. Otherwise, my opinion is "Fuck off.... I have to earn a living."
