Im sure there are alot of people out there who can build a thumb tgp huge without any efforts but I am not one of them it seems

So I pay for the whole lot.

The site is up at www.gallerydump.com and it got about 4K a day I think right now.

If someone knows how to grow a thumb TGP wouldn't they just create and/or grow their own? Paying for the scripts and hosting probably isn't worth much these days...

I just saw this as an extra income without someone paying anything for the site itself.

And since I allready got it all setup I though I would ask anyway.

Since you're using hosted gals the profit increase as a result of employing someone (temporarily) to grow your traffic would probably cover their fees.

It depends whether you want someone to GROW or GROW+MAINTAIN your site.

Well this is a long term partnership...
As long asthe person make sure its growing and doing fine his galleries will offcourse still be in there.

I am not looking for someone to grow it and then kick him out.

Not the way I work.

tgp builders dont work with anything smaller then 100k daily traffic

So they DONT build sites...they just maintain your traffic

Like im gonna hand over a 100k site to be built after doing the hardest part..getting it its initial traffic.
