          Postwhore contests have replaced sigwhores. Companies throw postwhore contests instead of buying sigs.

          I think the companies like Pussycash who offer $50 and/or potential for double prizes for flying their sig are geniuses.

                  No shit. I think that in the last 4 or 5 months they must have gotten more page views than God himself would have gotten if he were here. And everyone knows page views equal exposure which equals revenue in the long run

                          Not really. I have in the past, but I don't have the patience or time to compete with those who do it hardcore. And I post in the contests that give prizes for getting certain post numbers rather than for being amongst the top posters.

                                  Well if I was a sponsor who bought someones sig and all he did was post in those stupid things I would be pissed..also it's another form of spam..I wish Lens would close them all..they just attract the surfers

                                      Very few people still manage to sell their sigs... and I'd suspect the vast majority of those who still sell em don't post in these contests.

                                          True..I guess if they are desperate and need the money,what better way to post all day and night in them and to win a few bucks..I never see them post anywhere else but in them
