buddy of mine is the soundman for AFI, and he invites me to see his shows when he's in montreal.
We were backstage chatting a bit, when a tall guy came and chatted with us for 10-15 minutes...
So Rancid's show starts (headliner, AFI was opening for them), and I go backstage next to the stage and see the guy I was chatting with.... he was on stage playing bass!
