My first reaction, if somone do not answer mails, are to stop doing business! It saved us a lot of money at Ibill as an example.

My e-mail address is in the signature if you're e-mail to our support is not responded to it could be because our support addressed is blocked by your ISP. I need to know that so please feel free to e-mail me anytime. Especially if an earlier e-mail you sent appears to have been unanswered.
