I second the Griffin v Bonnar fight...very very good fight.

How bout Shamrock looking "WAY" pas this prime...and letting that punk get out of the ankel lock 2 times...when he looked almost assuredly of a tap out...then to have him go for a roundhouse, fall on his ass, know he was in trouble...and get knocked out basically.

I always liked Ken too...maybe back to training full time?

As for Liddel v Couture I like The Iceman as well...but I have a feeling Cotoure is gonna get him again.

However if Liddel does win...it sets up a rubber match

Some people are crying "work" on Shamrock/Franklin. Not true. That's all that needs to be said there.

Griffin/Bonnar is easily the fight of the year so far.

Couture is gonna own Liddell tomorrow night, although I'm pulling for the Iceman.

Everyone picked Liddell last time and Randy kicked his ass. However, Randy is like 43 now, so I don't know how many more times he can make Chucky look sucky. Eventually father time will catch up.

There's the 3 fights from The Ultimate Fighter finale on SpikeTV last week. Full length, good quality. As some others have said, I'd definitely check out the Bonnar/Griffin fight.

yeah that fight was awesome. 15 minutes of back to back action. it was cool how they both got six figure contracts instead of only one.

Only the idiots at mma.tv are calling it a work. I have to admit, there's one gif that looks like it is, but anything can be construed by it.

Cause you know we're gonna have to roll next time we see each other. I have the weight advantage though, but about 100lbs.

I recorded the Forrest/Bonnar fight on DVD it was so good. A classic.

As for Liddell/Couture I still have to go with the champ. He's a true warrior, esp. if it goes to the mat again. Chuck will do his best to keep it a slugfest and if he does, he may just knock him out.

I'll definetly be watching!

I love Chuck and Randy, but I'd put my money on Randy. Almost impossible to stop his take downs. Anyone want to place a little wager? ;)
