3. There is no evidence supporting medical safeness either way. Other than asshole parents that don't know keep a newly circumsized boy clean and free from infection or hack doctors that have no clue what they are doing.

4. The jews have been doing circumscision for a very long time. We are a people that are obsessed with cleaning everything and anything. Jewish men wouldn't be taking sharp objects to their son's penis without good reason. And if you have ever had the misfortune of smelling some un-circumscized cocks when that foreskin gets pulled back... you might understand why the procedure was ever invented.
I think parents who have their children cut do it because they honestly believe it's the best thing for their children. Their husband is cut, or their doctor recommends it, and they think most people have it done so it seems like the natural thing to do. I don't think they're sadists.

The doctor that delivered me when I was born was Jewish and he told my parents to NOT have me cut. Thank goodness, kudos to him.

The truth is that cutting off the skin is a vestige of the religious days where anything having to do with sex was considered immoral. It's still that way in religious ciricles. You're a sinner even if you think about sex and if you masturbate. I don't know why this is. Anyhow, they could never stop boys from having sex so I guess they decided to have them cut when they're born so at least they can't enjoy it as much (less sensitive, can't masturbate without creating a mess because you need lubricants). Eventually people create a little story about this and other stories to teach valuable lessons and put them together to form the bible.

There can be complications with a cut penis as well as problems with an uncut penis. Some men get cut later in life because they have problems. Men who are cut also sometimes have problems later in life with dryness, breaking of the skin on the glans, and pain during sex. If one isn't doing it for religious purposes it's probably best not to pre-emptively cut off the skin because it serves no non-religious purpose other than visual preference. It does server a purpose to keep it intact.
