i dont understand why its still legal in the US.
I find it funny that back in the day, and sometimes today, the excuse is parents dont want their boys feeling 'funny' in the boys lockeroom or something. This will backfire in due time, as more parents are doing their research and leaving their kids dicks alone. Its gonna be the circumsized kids feeling 'funny' in the lockerrooms, wondering 'wtf? how come his doesnt look like it didnt get caught in a meat grinder?'
