Search for DJ Richard
he is a speed garage master
he has all of his 20 so mixes online
but u have to do some code snooping to find the URL it streams from
then save the .ra file
then burn and listen at the gym
thats what i do.. i ripped all of them to my mini disc, my mini disc is fucked up and i deleted the burns.. so i gotta do this again..
