    If you could learn one skill in the industry that you don't know what would it be?

    If you had the chance to have one thing you could learn Matrix style..where you could just download it what would it be. I am thinking industry related here. Most of us have our own areas of the biz we know pretty well but then there are other areas we are pretty clueless in and have to pay others to do.

    For me it would be php, etc since I am totally clueless on it and am developing a bit of a complex about it. What one skill would you download?

                                              ...But in all seriousness. I used to be in your shoes sarah with the php so I picked it up a couple years back. I'm not as good with it as the rest of my team but I can build a shopping cart and membership site and some other "normal" uses for it....But when we built a ringtone system for the largest ringtone provider in the world....lets just say i handed it off to the experts

                                                                          I severely SUCK at growing traffic on TGPs and link lists. I just can't seem to break the 3k a day barrier no matter what I do. Trade scripts are my waekest point by far. I just can't seem to figure out how to get and grow productive trades. That's why I sold my tgp/link list setup. I just couldn't manage to get it to grow.

                                                                          I wish there was cookbook out there on traffic trades that actually gave more than just vague info.
