How reliable are Afternic´s domain appraisals?

Hi,

I don´t need an appraisal, I already have one; the problem is that it´s very broad.

AFtenic put the value somewhere between $7,400 and $31,000.
Should I try to sell it for $ 7,000, or should I try to get something closer to $ 30,000, or should I just ignore the Afternic appraisal?

Could anyone with experience in domains trading direct me to some helpful site?

In my experience, the domain appraisal services overstate the domain's worth ... not saying that the domain can't be worth those bucks though.

That's why people asked for the domain name, to see if the domain is worth its appraised value...
