Branson always has launched his projects by dressing up and making himself 'news worthy'. Now keep in mind that is usually for the British tabloid press. So, when he launched the direct flights on Virgin from London to South Africa he dressed up as a warrior, etc. That is his style. Remember this is the guy that made his fortune from Tubular Bells. He is the London Playboy version of trump...think Austin Powers but actually cool.
more american ceos should do shit like that. they make us all look stuffy and stiff. branson is a cool dude. quirky, but who gives a shit.
