you guys stole that "butt girls" pics and put them up on pages, and made sign ups, and you guys do it with lots of content.

Actually from a legal standpoint, if there is no valid model release related to the photos, they DO belong to who is in them, and without a valid license agreement, anyone using the images can be sued not only for copyright infringement, but also using the person's image without permission, profiting from them (the person profiting from them can be sued for all the profit related to the use of the pictures, PLUS damages) and more.
I agree 100% about not being different from stealing from the Hun. It's still illegal. The only thing Franck has going for him is he is outside the US, otherwise the 2257 requirements associated with adult images alone would put him in jail for a long time. Definitely a bad thing for the industry in general.
