While attacking people personally is pretty low ... Shouldn't the PR person respond to the negative PR in the same way they would the positive?

Apart personnal bashing i am happy to see that all of you, agreed that this kind of spyware adware behavior isn't tolerable in this industry.
In the recent weeks there was a big amount of spyware crap around the net. I was sure there was at least one adult webmaster using it, now i see this is the case of a sponsor (And one that i am removing right now). All profiting from the same IE flaw that will be fix in SP2 of XP (Might be too late by then...). I lost the last 2 days of works trying to remove this shit on my PC, and i am a computer technician by formation, and i was considering myself protected. You can imagine was is going on with the average surfers...they will pay for cleaning their PC and will think twice before even visiting porn sites.
And that's bad for everyones !

I was working on some google searches and I got a do you wanna install?? I didn't realize that I had installed anything until it took over my homepage. Once it takes over, you can't change it, uninstall, or delete. It also controls where you go. I tried spybot, and everything else. Until finally I gave up and just reformatted just to make sure that I got rid of it completely.
Now I'm much more aware of what's going on on my screen.

This case goes beyond what Gator was doing. MPB was switching out join pages, not ads. The consumers, webmasters and site owner were all defrauded. Paycom reads this board, and there has been no comment from them as well. I wonder what interest the FTC would take in Paycom if they found that Paycom continued to run rebills on charges Paycom knew or strongly suspected were fraudulently induced. I find it hard to believe that the Customer Service Dept at Paycom did not receive phonecalls about this.
