    Paypal Adult Email Addy Question

    I of course am not using an adult email addy with my paypal account.

    My question is, have you had your account closed only because you had an adult email address? Clear markers like XXX in the url?

      I heard it's worse than that ie, they bust someone then investgate all the people he dealt with..

      Although i've now heard ebay has cleaned up paypal alot.. so who knows.

          The reason I ask is because I was sent payment via an adult email addy. I've refunded the money and asked that the person send me payment from another addy...however the damage is probably done.

          But the person who sent the money claims that an adult email addy is not an issue...not wanting to create drama here but I tried to impress upon this person how he was really going to not just hurt his own biz but mine and others as well.

                  i am suprised they have not closed my account yet.
                  4-5 of my sponsors who paid by paypal did get their accounts closed.

                          Worries me to get paid that way. It just sucks there isn't anything as easy to use as paypal that works with adult.

                          Moneybookers is close but they tend to cater to europeans more so which would be great if I lived there.

                              ive had a paypal email with xxx in it for quite some time, it has done business with other adult emails, even a few that have been closed down. no probs at all
