I just dropped out of high school.

It's my senior year with only three more months to go and I dropped out. My GPA has been at a solid 4.0 for the past 4 years, and I can go to college for free. I'd rather sit at my computer and get a real education rather than to sit in a public school setting and be another ant that is a part of the sub par American way of life.

go to church,
get a job,
get married
Have children

Some of my best time was in HighSchool. I could have graduated a year early ... but I really enjoyed the social part......not to mention some of the hottest girls in my life.

You should just go back and make other cut class and fail in there grades... now that is fun !

I got kicked out of high school, and I do pretty good for myself.

A friend of mine quit at 16 and he did VERY well for himself.

"Why did I put myself and my parents through so much shit?" "Why didn't I have the courage to talk to more girls?" "Why was I such a pain in the ass?"

Quit if you want to man. There is a TON of shit people told me back then and if I'd only have listened I'd no doubt be a multi millionaire today. My 8th grade teacher told us to invest in computers as soon as we were able to invest... that was in 1987. I thought, "what a moron." I didn't know of anyone that even had one, and now I have 6 within 5' of me.

If I could go back to my first day of my freshmen year and do it all over again... I would, and this time, I'd do it right. I'd stay in school. People say you'll regret it, and who knows, maybe you won't. I never thought I would... But I do.

I dropped out in '87, in the 11th grade. And I make a few hundred thousand $$ a year, and have every year since i started in this biz since I got out of the army in '97. So I've never done bad (I dont consider 7 years in the army being bad at all) for myself.

If you're not a fuckin lazy ass idiot, you can do as well as you want to whether you finished high school or not.

Or you can believe the bullshit that people tell you, and think you'll be homeless and broke for the rest of your life if you dont finish school. The only person that can hold you back, is yourself.

dumb move, I hated school also but I finished HS and I ended up getting a BS degree in college. Yea, I do what I do and I'm successful but it's not about that. It's about finishing something you started. Plus when you get older, how are you gonna feel in your social circle... shit, even the girl you find to settle with.

I also left high school in the 12th grade. I made close to six hundred thousand dollars net last year.

High school is useless, besides the social part. You don't get a real education there. You may as well take the time off, do some traveling, educate yourself, and find out who you really are. If you want to continue your education, go to college. You're a mature student at the age of 21 where I live, no high school required. That fact alone proves how useless high school is.
