Synapse of anywebcam.com for selling capped cams of his members without their permission. Then mass banning all the women and their supporters for having the nerve to speak out.

For lying to his members by stating he doesn't promote anywebcam.com as porn....while putting the cam images of his members on porn feeder sites.

For falsely portraying his members as something they are not. Straight men found on gay sites, married women found on horny college slut and/or teen pages. He also falsely advertised that these people were waiting and willing to fulfill your every fantasy when the general rule of thumb is that if you venture into a room and ask a woman to show something you will be kicked or banned from room and cam. These were everyday people looking for a place to cam and chat with friends...not to become free porn content for synass<--------a nickname he has earned well.

For cleansing his member database of it's lifetime members by finding any reason to ban them and gain back the bandwidth they use.....some were even setup...while others had private emails on the anywebcam.com server read and were banned for mentioning another site.....a free site. Of course this site belongs to the men who synass ripped off during the early days of the anywebcam.com development.......including the developer himself. The kinda guy would sell his own mother out. Uh oh....be on the look out for a new site by mr.synass........overthehill&downunderwomen.com

For training his ops to intimidate the members with harassment and threats of alienation within the site. For letting his ops rule their message board with an iron hand, pulling any post they don't like even if it breaks no rules.

So on behalf of all the women he violated, the men and women who have suffered under the ops rule and the rest who had a site they loved destroyed by a gutless coward with no business sense....I offer to kick his ass in hopes of un-lodging his head.

Don?t get me wrong folks I love porn and I respect the industry far more then you could imagine, but when someone is tricking ordinary people into becoming adult porn stars then it just gives the whole industry a bad name.

Instead of constantly looking for a new way to screw someone maybe he should spend more time reading the threads here from those who know how to do it and do it right.

Word is, he will soon have several agencies on his ass because of no model releases for the members. Now correct me if im wrong, but even an amateur site needs these releases and other documentation, if for no othjer reason than to prove the age of the models, right? Just curious.. I'm a n00b ya know.

I think the biggest impact this may have is the many people who have used his embedded cam feature on a site that promotes porn believing that he was fully compliant under18 U.S.C.§ 2257 & 28 C.F.R. § 75 when in truth the only protection synapse can offer is his site TOS. That won?t be much use to the poor sap who has the law on his ass and needs to prove that his content is legal. ?No sir there are no photocopied Ids or anything that proves the age of the person on cam.....but the content provider has this really killer TOS!?

Perhaps it?s a blessing he chose porn for a career instead of law.
