You're saying, fly a model 3,000 miles and pay her for a test shoot rather than use the pictures she publishes in her own portfolio which are published for the very purpose of showing her off?
Hmm.... sounds like you could use a valuable lesson in business management.
By the way, yer buddy (what was his name again?) never ever responded to my post quoting the original photographer stating that it was perfectly OK for me to have used those images as I did. I think his statement to me on ICQ was that he was talking to the photographer (his oh-so-good-friend, ROFLMAO) and they were in the midst of arranging legal action against me. This was only an hour or so before the photographer replied to me saying everything was A-OK with my use of the images. (You actually hang with this dude? Do you wear rubber boots much? I hope so.)
Have anything cogent to add to that? Wanna give up now, or will you bull ahead with your "part and parcel" nonsense?
