    France in doping-row - England awarded full 3 points by FIFA

    Apologies if this is old news, but just in case:-

    Following England's shock 2-1 defeat to France in Euro 2004 on Sunday - it has been revealed that following the match, a French player (as yet un-named) refused to provide a urine sampled when requested by FIFA doping officials. Under section 185, 2(e) of the FIFA code of conduct, France has been stripped of the victory and England have been awared the full three-points. More soon.
