Denmark for 1! Simulated rape which is consensual - this goes back to the porn laws in the 1960s. Just take a walk down the main sex streets in KBH and see what can be bought legally over the counter. Dont get me wrong I have no taste for this kind of gear - but I do belive is freedom of speech and sexuall orientation so long as ALL persons invloved are over 18 and they fully know what they are doing. His overall advice to us was not to appraoch that type of content because it is somewhat uncertain legally, for exactly the reason you stated.. Most EU obscenity laws date back to the 50's and 60's he didnt want us to be a 'test case' ;)

According to Verotel's policy document, they shouldn't be processing for that site. It's possible that someone just added it to their account and although it is active it hasn't yet been reviewed by Verotel staff. (Last time I added a site a year ago they did it backwards like that)Comment
