I get what your saying. And believe me I've sold quite a few domains in my time. All with the whole spiel and pitch to go along with them. This however is not one of those times. Nor is this even my domain. I tend not to sell my domains on message boards for the obvious reasons. This is just a favor I'm doing for a good friend who has this domain.
But I'm heading out of the house to go find a new coffee maker. So I won't be back for a bit to answer anything more.
