News "FLASH" (well, you know what I mean), from the BBC:

Royal streaker 'dared by brother'
The streaker flashed in front of the Queen at Buckingham Palace
A Dorset teenager who flashed in front of the Queen streaked to win a £100 bet with his brother, it has been reported.
Seventeen-year-old Barney Keen, from Cranborne, has been named as the man who streaked in front of the Queen at a Buckingham Palace garden party on Tuesday.
It has been claimed the prank was the result of a dare but his parents have so far declined to comment about the incident.
Neighbours said they were shocked and amazed that the youngster had flashed in front of royalty.
"I was quite amazed by what he has done but he is young and we all do things we should not do." said one neighbour.
A neighbour, one resident, who did not want to be named, said: "I just can't believe that he did it.
"I know his mum and dad and I know Barney to say hello to. He's often in the road skateboarding - he's a keen skateboarder and he's always quiet and causes no trouble. He seems like a nice lad."
On Thursday, Mr Keen was not at the modern detached three-bedroom house in Penny's Mead which he shares with his mother Janet, father Jake and three brothers.
During his streak, he was wrestled to the ground by Yeoman of the Guard Raymond Duffy, 56, and then arrested but released without charge by police.
His father had been invited to the party in recognition of his contribution to education in his area.
