The 10,000 UCE this spammer was charged with was most likely the tip of his iceberg and the easiest provable. There should be leniency for dumbasses that get caught up in a "get rich quick" scheme but those who know the system and aggressively work to defeat it should get fucked under the jail. Obey CAN SPAM and "do not call" and you can reach a bunch of people
