I had a server with Isprime..nothing wrong with them...if you wanna spend that kind of dough then spend it.
I've been with phatservers for over 2 years now and get treated like I'm part of a family..there's a reason I hang with these guys at every show.
They give everything a personal touch, and if you do have an issue it's resolved with the quickness...they don't play around.
I've had small issues with both companies as is expected with a service that runs 24 hours a day 365 days a year, anyone expecting less is kidding themselves....but most of my experience comes with Phatservers and it's been the most positive out of all the companies I've dealt with in the past...too many to name.
I've found a home for my sites and it's with Phatservers...and I'm proud to say even EvilGeniusCash has moved a lot of their stuff there as well.
So to say you did a search and found a company to have had downtime I'm not surprised....but to think Jupiter or Isprime has never experienced it either...yeah keep thinking that ;)
