I do a search for each company and see phatservers down, webair down or their support sucks and nothing on isprime and nothing on jupiter. Funny how GFY works

I've had support requests taken care of iun under 10 minutes on a late night Sunday (around 2am) from phatservers...THAT is the reason I stick with them...the support is second to none. I also host with reflected.net and have nothing bad to say about them either.

All I searched were the ones he mentioned, and the negative threads were from a week ago or so. Just find it amusing, carry on. I've been with phatservers for over 2 years now and get treated like I'm part of a family..there's a reason I hang with these guys at every show.
They give everything a personal touch, and if you do have an issue it's resolved with the quickness...they don't play around.
I've had small issues with both companies as is expected with a service that runs 24 hours a day 365 days a year, anyone expecting less is kidding themselves....but most of my experience comes with Phatservers and it's been the most positive out of all the companies I've dealt with in the past...too many to name.
I've found a home for my sites and it's with Phatservers...and I'm proud to say even EvilGeniusCash has moved a lot of their stuff there as well.
So to say you did a search and found a company to have had downtime I'm not surprised....but to think Jupiter or Isprime has never experienced it either...yeah keep thinking that ;)For rent - ICQ 127-027-910
