Three pro TGP/MGP designs left

I decided that instead of bumping an old thread (http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showthread.php?t=443922) I'd make a new one. There are three spots left for pro TGP/MGP designs. I might or might not run this promo again, so if you're interested in a good, productive design, get yours now.

Details:

The designs will be done one per day. Each design will contain header, thumb tables, labels and, if requested, ad spots. Each will also include the option of being redesigned twice, should the first draft not work out for you. If you run Comus Thumbs I will even adapt the design to your script and kick in a productive macro for it, depending on your needs. The price for this is $250, payable by ePassporte only.

you should have some mouseovers..

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

Currently a few months and we're somewhat behind the schedule too, so if you don't want to wait get yourself a design and give it a shot yourself.

In my opinion a good design is more important than cropped & airbrushed thumbs. I've been able to grow sites running on auto cropped thumbs, but never sites running on shitty designs. As for what a shitty design is, well, look around and see the amount of small sites out there running purchased designs. Just because it looks pretty doesn't mean it's good. 'Nuff said, don't wanna give the competition any ideas.

As a designer, i can honestly say it does not. Helps a great deal, but will not make or break you, depending on your project.

IMHO, DamageX is correct, I had played around with my design and production increased by 100%, I reverted it back to the old design and production went back down. This regardless of the fact that I had top notch, handcropped and airbrushed thumbs like www.coedcherry.com and www.jamies-galleries.com (some lame TGP webmasters started to use my thumbs on their sites!).

It's OK, Fletch obviously has a different opinion than us, which he is absolutely entitled to. My take is he was referring more to other type of designs than designs for trading sites, which I assume he doesn't have a whole lot of experience running. But then again, I could be wrong.

damage knows his shit, my tgp design dailyhoneys he had made, prod jumped up 20-30 % alone from the design
