    So im gonna mail this fucker who did 6 cb's yesterday

    Shall i be friendly and just ask why, shall i threaten him? I honestly feel like fucking this guy up badly.

    Who was it a while back that posted a nice letter to a guy who did a chargeback. Something about where he was gonna report the guy and how he wont get away with it.

    Actually i want the guy to shit his pants, regret his actions and send us a check for the damages.

      6..that fucking sucks. I remember the letter you are speaking of, I just can't recall the guys name who posted it.

      I havent checked the search feature today..is it still down?

              Do you know for sure his card wasn't used by someone else fraudulently? Some chargebacks are legitimate.

                                      I presume that was 6 months worth of charges, or at least trial+5 months? I don't think bank customers should be allowed to charge back after such a long period has elapsed. Most people probably get statements monthly. It's their responsibility to check them. The lag time between an unauthorised transaction and commencing dispute action should be less than a couple of months in that case.
