Yep, somewhere on your mail server you've set it up so that [email protected] gets forwarded to another address which acts as your catch-all account.

The way to solve it is to drop the catchall, create specific real or virtual email accounts, and reject mail (either silently or by explicit bounce) that isn't going to those new accounts. Your spam quotient will likely fall off dramatically.
