Today I discovered there have been several unkown transactions made with my virtual card. I emailed
[email protected] explaining the situation and guess what? I got the standard answer I've got every single time I've ever tried to contact that "cs":

Uhmmmmmmm...... NO it wasn't helpfull at all! Why offer email support if all they do is say "call us and we'll have a look". Not everyone is in the US you know?
