thats a scary story I have 3 guys who I paid epass and have not provided what we agreed on. It would be nice if I had a creditcard to be able to do a charge back. 3 guys have ripped me off. At what point do I require performance before payment? What I would love is a escrow service with epass. For a small fee. MAybe $10. the payment is locked until service is completed.
