    CCbill doesn't allow Bulgarian affiliates?

    I don't know if this is a joke or not but I just got this email:

    Hello,
    I saw your site and i'd like to list your hosted galleries on my TGPs, but i see my country not allowed (Bulgaria). So it is kinda impossible for me to participate. Is there a way to solve this?

      With regard to affiliates, we give you the option to use our blocked affiliates country list or you can scrutinize them on your own
