I have always supported the ASACP and believe that they're TRYING to do what's best for our industry. We all know what they say about absolute power however, and for them to go to a sponsor is them abusing that power in my eyes.

Completely correct (except about the part of going to the sponsor). That's why if I were him I would be on the phone to the ASACP
ASAP and get this straightened out, and get myself reinstated with that sponsor. Period.
I have a few teen babe sites too, have had them up for many years actually. I am not so concerned about how young they look, as long as the owners of all the content have it plainly displayed on their sites that all models are over the age of 18. I'm picky like that. If on my own galleries a model looks really young I go out of my way to let the viewer know that she is at least 18, which means I will verify it with the sponsor directly if I have to.
Leave nothing to chance, you guys. Nothing.
