Alex, and anyone else who has been waiting for I missed this thread till now. Alex, I do want to appologize for the delay in response time for getting you the materials you requested... I know for many companies our response time would be considered normal, but we are trying to set a higher standard, and we are aiming for the best customer support in the industry. Luke sent you an email a few minutes ago.
I want to thank you for your patience. We have been swamped by about 100 different webmaster requests the past 3 days, and we have a staff of 5, so its been a little hard. But things should get much better next week after we are done fulfilling all the requests and can concentrate more on affiliate management.
For example we had a few requests from our webmasters about Trials, and we listened, and we just added 3 day trials to the site.
