When you get a response like "We could not determine whether the models are`clearly` under the age of 18; therefore, we are unable to report the website to the authorities," I don't see why they feel they have the right to affect someone's business this way. Are we truly beyond, "Innocent until proven guilty?"
How is that different from this....
"Well sir, we can't prove that you stole anything. So, since we can't send you to jail due to insufficient evidence, we're gonna notify all of your potential future employers, that you MAY be a thief."

I have always supported the ASACP and believe that they're TRYING to do what's best for our industry. We all know what they say about absolute power however, and for them to go to a sponsor is them abusing that power in my eyes.
