That's going to be a real hassle for a lot of folks that live and do business on the borders. Also the tourism industry will take a hit no doubt.
how is it a hassle? doesn't take much effort to get a Passport, get one and be done with it. christ, it's not like everyone doesn't have 3 years to acquire one before the law takes effect.
