Big deal, not everyone can be happy. Not every software is for everyone.

We are super happy with our NATS software, its running solid and never crashes. NATS support has gotten better and faster over the last 6 months and we are very happy. The team at NATS John & Fabian are doing a great job.

Our NATS works fine, but the support can be a bit touchy at times.

2 out of well over 100.

Not everything is perfect. Everyone and everything has the occassional fuck up/mistake and some growing pains were inevitable.

As to why this thread was needed in addition to the other one, I don't know. I'll never understand GFY

yeah....it takes a lot more to convince me that NATS is weak.

I like the no shave feature. No other program can say that about their software and back it up with lawyers.

The more I hear this the more it makes me think its all hype and the shavomatic is on higher than ever before for all the webmasters with the right connections,

I don't use nats , so I don't know anything about it , just stating my gut opinion.

                  nats works great for us.

so karups had support issues..... we never have, but then again, our programmer is very experienced so why would we?

LOL, now thats a funny idea... We release multiple features per month and the reason we have no shave feature is because we were too lazy? Funny idea though, gotta give you that one..

And pradaboy, we still have a very good amount of big sponsors using NATS, and more coming on every week.

One thing everyone should never forget is, people switch affiliate software all the time, all of them have reasons to do so of course.

We have moved plenty of clients from other systems to NATS and still do so multiple times every month.

Do any of the recent issues have to do with affiliates not being properly compensated for rebills ?

No, they have not. Like I explained before, when we see an issue like that, we fix it ASAP. Always do, always will. No rebills missing for karups.

Ok just checking good to hear.

Any plans on making the linking codes for FHG's easier in the future.?

NATS v2 has unencoded linkcodes.. The code that is now encoded will then look like this if you want (up to the affiliate when getting his link codes):

                                    smokey:revshare:karups

v2 will hopefully be released end of this week, working hard on that right now without compromising our support.

It would be nice to have a tracking code you could assign to the NATS code.

                                      like =GFY-N6tw8Jui

With so many issues of codes being replaced etc , i like to be able to check and make sure my codes are in place , but with nats sponors theres a crapload of different codes to check.

You mean adding a string that nats will just ignore so you can mark your codes in case they get changed?

So typical.. A few months ago nobody hesitated to jump on the bandwagon. And now we see every soft has its flaws... As if we didn't know that from the start...

It seems NATS crew needs to people to talk care of the new flood of clients...growing pains while a good sign (means you offer something people want) can be fatal...

perhaps some people couldn't profit with a no shave feature.

I like the no shave feature. No other program can say that about their software and back it up with lawyers.

Bullshit, any program can write backend code that doesn't shave.. It's not ONLY Nats systems that don't shave or have the features. Besides, you don't have to have it in the software to shave, if they REALLY want to, they can shave the sales before it ever hits the system. Of course I'm not saying anyone is, but the possibility is there, no system is infallible.
