I doubt google banned him just because of report.
Thousands of people send abuse reports on each other - and google doesnt hand ban them, they just try to take them into account and improve the penalty algo.
Something really pissed them off to hand ban him.
Or maybe google employee that works in adult too didnt like him having all top positions and made special effort to ban the guy.Comment

I heard one time that Google wants a site to be specific... and that it doesn't like 1 domain to be about 1000's of different things.
I can't remember where I heard it... but it would make sense in this case.
I always use a seperate domain for each keyword I'm TRYING to get.. then I expand it to cover the same niche, just slightly different keywords.Comment

I don't know how any adult site can legitimately be a head of persian kitty and shes a PR6 any higher and your fucking with the Algo somewhere.
I had a manual ban a couple of years ago, I lost over 250k a day in SE traffic, when they do a manual you feel the pain ;)
On a brighter note some of my old domains have recently returned to google in the last couple of months, still very low in any rankings but there back in at least. It took two years and some but not all are back.
best thing to do is flush the domain, apart from waiting nothing works, I know I tried it all.

1. At least he can start doing SEO with not publicly discussed domains, too many jelaous guys out there. I am pretty sure he's good at it and will recover soon.
2. Expect massive "PR dropped" crying after next month PR update as 80% of this board SEO's were feeded also by his PR.
Most of guys here work in too narrow universe and such thing will affect them too, reporting competition might not always help ;)

Any member of the dev team can block your listing. It does not ban you and still crawls your site, the listings are still ranked in the canisters.
