You don't understand, I don't want to use them anymore, I haven't for years. I want the account closed. Surely if I want the account closed they should close the account and pay me.
What is so hard to understand about that, I will not be using them, hence, I will not be making anymore money.
So that means, they get to keep the money because I will not use them anymore?
