Andy, I'm so sorry to hear about this. I can't imagine making all those plans, getting all excited, and having it all trashed like that. I hope all works out for Hollywood and you get here with no problems.
And good for you for not letting that customs jerk get away with it. Do everything you can to get him fired. You're probably not the first person who he's messed up.
