no, it is simply a comparisson between countries, just like you went ahead and compared by saying "we are the richest country in the world", "we are the best country in the world"

you should look up what makes a country "rich"... you can either think of it as ((number of people) X (money made by each person)) , which doesn't really mean alot... or (average income by person), which would show alot more how "rich" the country really is. Or maybe you are thinking of how much money the governement has? FACT, the average american has a negative value, as in they are in debt. Sure Canadians will be the same thing, but I do NOT go around saying how my country is the best and the richest.
