avoid brokertraffic.com, I am disgusted with their customer service.
I am absolutely disgusted with brokertraffic.com. They are the rudest people I've ever dealt with. On June 7th I requested to find out what type of traffic brokertraffic.com was selling. Although I didn't see the traffic package page, I inquired about all the TGP traffic that was listed on their request page. I had settled on the $650 package from Snakesworld before I even started talking to them via ICQ (because I'd heard really good things about Snakesworld here on GFY). He was trying really hard to push a $4k deal which I said I didn't want at the time, I told him I found the package I wanted and would go with that. He said that traffic would be delivered the day after I paid for it. Three days passed and my ad was not displayed. It got worse from there. I never received an invoice for the traffic and I had to ask for that. It took me until today to get my money back which took four days to get. I've been in this business for quite a while, have made good contacts and have preferred accounts with a lot of great TGPs and actually make a living designing and submitting galleries. I know how to make a gallery that sells and I know what TGP rules are. Needless to say I finally got my money back. Anyhow, here is the transcript. Its just unbelievable how rude some people strive to be. Anyway if anyone is looking for good traffic, I highly recommend spotbrokers.com and gallerytrafficservice.com are the nicest most professional bunch I've dealt with.

Response addressed per topic.
You were asked to send ?clean only? content, period. Please refer to your own transcript.
You sent galleries leading to malicious actions, contrary to the above and they were rejected by ?Snake? immediately, prior to listing. (of course)
Upon sending your content to our head webmaster, I was informed that you have been blacklisted at all of our sites for over 3 years for similar behavior.
Based on the previous, your money was returned ASAP and obviously no invoice would be applicable for a transaction that never transpired.
In a nutshell, if you would have followed our simple guidelines your galleries would have been listed immediately.
Your standards of conduct are not acceptable by us, plain and simple ? not to be rude, just a fact.
You might want to spend a little more time on skilled traffic movement vs elementary deception & realize that serious webmasters have rules/guidelines that must be met to maintain their site(s) integrity.
The ?I?ll do what I want and then throw mud when it?s not acceptable? concept doesn?t make a lot of business sense and definitely states much about your character, as does this post.
