Stephen went out of his way to call me tonight to explain everything, and this guy is the man. I unintentionally gave them 15 seconds of bad fame with my previous post, although I was only sincerely looking for a little help... well the help came! Yet, unfortunately for Python, other posters busted into the thread (those not even involved) and decided to bash him and Python even though he gave awesome replies to everything mentioned. Basically, what I'm saying is (just like I said in my original post) - This is a badass company and they deserve your respect.
After all, when you're as big as they are, little things are bound to happen, but when they clear something up, they do a damn good job. Give em your support.
Thanks to them and thanks to those who actually READ these kind of drama threads and can easily pull out the correct information.
