It sounds like this guy really struck a nerve with you or you still are hurt about your high school days.
Either way, from all the pictures you've posted (besides the cartoon) I don't see anyone who looks any worse than a "normal" person. Considering the "statistics" you posted (60% overweight in America) you're above average
