I have no problem with someone taking the stand Tgodfather did -eg - that on a personal level, it's just not something they could get past. Relationships are personal, and you can only deal with what you can truly deal with.

I do have a problem with someone taking the stand that digipimp (and others) have - that it's just wrong, the girls are whores, no ifs, ands or buts, end of story, blah, blah, blah.

Ok, so it is obvious I am not alone here. I think what people are missing is this.

Some people in this industry are content, the others sell it in one way or another. All appear to be very liberated in their views on porn in general. The BIG difference is, some live it, some just sell it.

I have no problem with what people do behind closed doors as long as everyone consents to it. I have no problem with anyone who does content. I am however more prude in my own sexual life. That means, 1 husband, 1 wife and no one else. Hubby likes it that way and so do I. That doesn't make us two-faced, that just means if Sally Jean likes to take on 5 guys at once, then that is just fine, non of my business...on the other hand, if I respect Sally Jean preference for multiple partners, then Sally Jean sure as better respect my preferences. That doesn't make any of us better than the other, that just makes us human.

To be totally honest, I have to admit I have double standards too. Ofcourse I sell porn, but that doesn't mean that I have to live that lifestyle. I love watching porn and all but I am VERY picky and careful in my personal life. I would never marry a guy that had too many sexual partners or a guy who has ever paid for sex with a prostitute. Of course you can never tell the truth because people lie, but it's what MaskedMan said, even if you know something shouldn't bother you, for some reason it still does in your heart.
