I cut a trailer for him a little over a year ago. He paid me, and paid on time. Haven't spoken to him or heard from him since.

this guy is full of it... he dosent except paypal (cant be serious)... my bank rejected his wire info he gave me, he dosent accept credit cards... I will send him a check or international money order if he gives me his mailing info... I owe him 350.00 you cant be serious.. this is play money to me.. I just was saying i negotiated a deal for thousands on a domain alone.. what is 350.00?? LOL

Thanks for the endorsment redshoe.. I can list tons of people I have done business with.... I am sorry, I probally should be more pressed to get that 350.00 to him.. but its no big deal to me 350.00 is nothing.. whatever the case when he gives me the mailing info I will get a check to him

That's $400 dollars. You continually ignored my ICQ messages and never replied to my email. I said we accept epassporte, WU, iKobo, Xoom and wire.
You chose wire. If you do intend to pay, why would you not even answer my ICQ messages. Each time I try talking to you, you will go offline.

You said you're going to send thru mail, why never bothered to email me about that?
If I do send you my mail info, will you be paying the $400 you owe us?

Wire from our other clients come thru in two banking days. You must have not given the correct account info whereas I've send it in several times.

We did some TGP design for him several years ago.. paid on time and haven't seen him around much since.. but he was easy to deal with then..

$350 is $350. Period.
I couldn't give a shit if you're pulling in 8 figures or 4, money is money, and you owe Hera $350. She has been more than leniant with you - a lot more so than others would have been, including me. You have not been making ANY effort to contact her and get this situation solved. It would be one thing if the wire didn't go through and she didn't get the money right away - those kinds of things happen - but to completely ignore her and ASSUME that $350 should just be forgotten?

I have been friends with Hera for a while now, and she is nothing but a straight-shooter. She let me know about this situation quite a bit ago, and I've had a hard-on for you since then.

Now, you have two options "rpet":
1. Contact Hera NOW and get this situation resolved through her or
2. Contact me and we will work out a payment situation. My contact info is below.

I'm not the type of person to threaten - just contact one of us and let us get this resolved. This has gone on for too long, and it needs to come to a close.
