I suck at math, but if you take 6,000,000,000 and multiply it by 0.0000001, aren't you left with only 600 people on the planet who have passed the 7th veil?

If the eigth and ninth step are also ten percent of the former, then that leaves only 6 people on the planet who have reached total enlightenment?
