    Newb dedicated host question

OK.... My server is telling me I have safe mode on - I, of course, need it off

The master value is off and just the local is set to on

Any way I can switch it off remotely, without access to php.ini?

I can reboot remotely if I need to

    Thanks

You need to edit php.ini or have your hosting company do it for you.

Just edit the php.ini file, restart apache and you are done !
