    Can anyone tell me the advantage of buying traffic to this page ?

    Someone bought a substantial (not huge) amount of traffic from me last night. They basically paid cash.

    I waited for them to put up a page, which needed some work.

    Today, there's a different page in it's place. (The first page wasn't their's either, I'm pretty sure of that).

    I just don't get it.

              The links are true also. I just do not get it.. Why would he buy traffic and basically send it to al4a ? No tradescript, nothing else. No personal links..

I chatted only briefly with him a few years back, and submitted regularly until I had what I believe was (is?) called a "gold" submitter status. Been out of the gallery game for awhile, but it doesnt take a genius to learn if a person is respectable or not.

                                                                              Anyway, have you contacted al4a to ask? Maybe they routinely test traffic sources, including purchased.

                                                                                      That page ended up getting ruined with mods and this page replaced it in short order. All the while I was trying to figure out what was going on ..

                                                                                      Besides, I don't know al4a in the least. I doubt they would even open my e-mail. I guess if there's a copyright issue that's between them and the page owner. There is no hotlinking or any bandwidth theft at all.
