                                                                    Funny how noone mentioned the possibility of it being a security guard. That would explain the lack of a gun, at least, and the strange paint job on the car.

                                                                    My man got busted by a security guard at a mall in Tucson, trying to take pictures outside his veHICle. The first thing the guy did was grab the camera and ask him how to delete the pictures. He wanted to make sure they were all gone. He almost turned him in to a cop who came by, but the cop decided to let him go home. Now THAT was a close call. The guy was yelling and swearing and spitting all over the place, too.

Its a dark photo so its tough to see, and, a few weekends ago I was stopped by fish and game and could NOT see the rangers gun from the front, it all comes down to how he is comfortable. The ranger was also fat like that cop, maybe its better for them to be offset.
